The hotel has a fantastic location, right near Rockefeller Center, Times Square, and plenty of dining options. Unfortunately, the rooms left a lot to be desired, as they were outdated and not very clean. The service was a bit off, feeling rude at times, which detracted from the overall experience. While it was convenient for exploring Manhattan, the condition of the facilities and rooms needs improvement for a more enjoyable stay.

The rooms were extremely tired looking and needed a lot of work. There was noticeable mould on the bathroom ceiling and tiles, and some hairs on the hand towels.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location was superb, right in the heart of midtown and close to major attractions, the overall experience was overshadowed by some issues. Unfortunately, the rooms were in terrible condition, which made the high prices feel unjustified. On the brighter side, the staff was wonderfully friendly and accommodating, making my stay a bit more enjoyable despite the drawbacks.
